No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances. Open to legal U.S. residents 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Employees of sponsors and their households are not eligible.
Skill-based judging. Winners are chosen by a panel using the criteria stated for each contest. Chance plays no role.
Entry period. Monthly contests run from the first to the last day of each calendar month; the Local Hero Award runs by calendar quarter. One entry per person per contest period.
Rights. You keep ownership of your photos. By entering you grant 33773.com a non-exclusive licence to display your entry with credit on the site and its social channels.
Prizes. Prize descriptions and approximate retail values are posted at the start of each period. No cash substitution unless offered. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
Winners are notified by email within 14 days of the period's end and must respond within 7 days. Winner names and ZIP codes are published on this page.
